On May 25, 2026, Institute of Europe (Russian Academy of Sciences) and Beijing Club for International Dialogue conducted an online round-table discussion “Interaction among China, Russia, U.S. and European West”.
The meeting was moderated by Ms. Han Hua, Secretary General, Beijing Club for International Dialogue.
The speakers were: Alexey Gromyko, RAS Corresponding member, IE RAS Director (“New Geopolitical constellations in the polycentric world of the XXI c.”); Zhou Bo, Senior Fellow, Center for International Security and Strategy, Tsinghua University, Senior colonel (retired), former Director of the Security Cooperation Center of the International Military Cooperation Office, DOD; Feng Zhongping, Director of the Institute of European Studies, CASS; Vladislav Belov, Candidate of Science (Economics), Head of the Centre for German Studies IE RAS (“Germany and China: dynamics of relationship”); Kira Govovanyuk, Candidate of Science (Politics), Chief Researcher IE RAS (“Contradictions of K. Starmer's China strategy”); Larisa Dereglazova, Chief Researcher IE RAS (“Perception of hybrid threats by the EU and Russia: possibilities and obstacles for cooperation"); Zhang Yongle, Professor, School of Law, Beijing University.
